Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to drive the creation of detailed BIM models for public health projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage complex BIM models for public health projects ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  3. Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  4. Maintain compliance by ensuring all BIM models adhere to relevant guidelines, protocols, and public health facility regulations.
  5. Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  6. Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  2. Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  3. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  4. Experience in Middle East projects highly preferred.
  5. Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  6. Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.
