Our company is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing and be able to work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and developers.
The QA Tester will focus on functional and regression testing across various platforms. This includes performing manual functional testing of web and mobile applications, executing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements, validating bug fixes, tracking issues in the bug tracking system, and ensuring they are resolved.
The role also involves conducting regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable, collaborating with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring that defects are reported clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis, participating in sprint ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines, and supporting UAT with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
