Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our global investment management firm, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions for clients worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to combine investment knowledge, analytical skills, and client service orientation in a dynamic environment.

  • You will work closely with our global Business Development team to provide analytical support and help serve some of the world's largest institutional investors.
  • As a result, you will gain exposure to a wide range of investment strategies and contribute to client engagement efforts across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with global teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials that showcase our investment expertise.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests.
  • Coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.
  • Support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Manage consultant and sales databases, ensuring accurate performance data, flows, and product information.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0.6 –3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
