Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer Lead to take ownership of our MERN stack projects and lead a team of developers. As a Technology Lead, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of MERN developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Node.js, MongoDB, React.js, and Class-Based React.
  • Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in MERN stack development.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to technical challenges.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of thoroughly tested and bug-free applications.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a JavaScript developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for building complex web applications.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think creatively.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, technology, and customer needs.
