Job Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work on innovative projects and have the flexibility to shape solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive designs.

- Write and maintain scalable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot/debug issues as they arise.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Manage and maintain databases using MongoDB, ensuring high availability and data consistency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and suggest improvements to enhance the development process.

- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.) and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 3+ years of development experience with the MERN stack.

- Must be a very strong team player and possess leadership qualities.


Proficiency in Frontend Development :

- Strong experience with React.js, including state management libraries (Context API, Redux).

- Understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (optional).

- Knowledge of frontend tools such as Webpack, Babel, and other related technologies.

Backend Development :

- Experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Proficient in database design and management with MongoDB and Mongoose.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Heroku, etc.) and deploying web applications.

- Understanding of containerization with Docker is a plus.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.

- Collaboration : Strong teamwork and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or other JavaScript frameworks.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
