Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with hands-on D365 F&O project implementation, particularly in the Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP projects on time and to client satisfaction. Your expertise will drive success in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management approaches.
  • Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead teams comprising functional, technical, and integration consultants to achieve project objectives.
  • Gather requirements from clients, ensure solution alignment with business needs, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster collaboration among internal teams to manage deliverables and escalate issues when required.
  • Support pre-sales teams with effort estimations, project plans, and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a D365 F&O Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, especially in Finance and SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities.
  • PMP/Prince2 or other recognized project management certification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (DevOps, Teams, Office 365, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners or in consulting environments.
  • Exposure to integrations with Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Prior experience with international or multi-country implementations.
