The Role

We're looking for a quality assurance engineer who can comprehensively evaluate user journeys and tear down applications across platforms to ensure smooth functioning and the best experience for end-users.

Responsibilities & Job Overview
  • Work with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure we're implementing features that meet customer requirements.
  • Design, review, and contribute to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Guide, develop, and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
  • Reporting, follow-up, bug tracking, and risk management.
  • Ensure all reporting is succinct yet includes necessary details for replication and timely resolution.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve existing products to make them more reliable.
  • Be aware of the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/test frameworks.
  • Ensure no unnoticed bugs go out in production.
  • Be customer-centric and actively help resolve all customer-related issues.
