We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project engineering and execution for DCS PLC up-gradation, migration, and rip-and-replace type of projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales-to-projects handover meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop accurate detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and forecast BOM for anticipated orders.
- Collect and input C-KOM site data to support project planning and execution.
- Prepare FAT documentation, HDM, SDM, and FDS engineering documents to meet project requirements.
The successful candidate will interpret and engineer systems based on inputs like IO index, P ID, C E matrix, and HAZOP. They will work on DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems hardware engineering and architecture.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage site execution, including manpower management and man hour control.
- Collaborate with factory teams to ensure timely completion of panel manufacturing.
- Perform pre-FAT testing, demo to customer, sign off, and execution as per Standard Engineering Process.
Requirements:
- Close coordination with project managers to drive projects based on revenue plans, billing plans, and cash collection.
- Executing projects along with ICs.
- Site closure as per HON processes.
- Vendor management, selection, PR-PO follow-ups, and contractor SOW preparation.
Travel Requirements: 30-40% of the time is required for this role. You will follow ISO, HSE, and internal processes. Achieve change orders and service orders for out-of-scope jobs.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and exposure to TPS, TDC3000, EPKS C200/C300, Networking, Cyber Security, DCS, PLC, SCADA, Safety Systems, and Windows Platforms, Office Applications.
