PLC Specialist Opportunity

Experience: 2-4 Years.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.

Location: Pune.

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain advanced control systems using PLC technology. Collaborate with engineers to design and configure integrated automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement PLC programs in FBD or ST languages.
  • Configure control systems to meet project requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of PLC programs for optimal performance.
  • Work with Building Management Systems (BMS), including water systems, AHUs, VAVs, and other related systems.
  • Integrate and manage BMS components for smooth operation and communication.
  • Utilize Codesys to develop and implement PLC programs.
  • Configure and optimize Codesys runtime for specific applications.
  • Maintain and update Codesys projects as needed.
  • Implement and manage communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA/DA, and SNMP.
  • Ensure reliable data exchange between different control systems and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues related to these protocols.
  • Design and develop Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for control and monitoring purposes.
  • Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for end-users.
  • Integrate HMIs with PLCs and other control systems for seamless operation.
  • Integrate PLC systems with other automation and control systems.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability between different system components.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper integration.
