Backed by leading ship operators and some of the largest ship owners worldwide, this company is a fast-growing maritime tech entity that transforms seafarer lives. Our ecosystem spans safety wearables, wellness solutions, and fintech services—all purpose-built for seafarers.

Key Objectives:
  • Drive commercial growth and global expansion of wellness and telehealth services.
  • Lead revenue generation, client acquisition, and market development efforts.
  • Ensure operational excellence and scalability of service delivery.

We are looking for a business leader with international experience—ideally with exposure to maritime or industrial sectors—who can unlock new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position our Wellness & Telehealth offering as a trusted, client-centric solution worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Business Development:
    1. Own and drive the commercial strategy for Wellness & Telehealth services.
    2. Develop aggressive go-to-market plans and identify high-value growth opportunities.
    3. Leverage deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
    4. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
  2. Client Relations & Commercial Partnerships:
    1. Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
    2. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in large organizations.
    3. Represent this company in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events.
    4. Negotiate and finalize large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
  3. Digital Commercial Growth:
    1. Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across this company's Telehealth and digital wellness platforms.
    2. Work with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients.
    3. Leverage analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies and digital campaign ROI.
    4. Explore and expand eCommerce or self-serve revenue channels as an additional sales stream.
  4. Digital Optimization & Platform Expansion:
    1. Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs and deal velocity.
    2. Ensure strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
    3. Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
    4. Use sales analytics to continuously improve conversion strategy, targeting, and territory management.
  5. Commercial Proposals & Sales Enablement:
    1. Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
    2. Drive executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI and strategic value.
    3. Ensure proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with this company's operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
    4. Present regularly to internal leadership on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
  6. Cross-Team Alignment & Execution:
    1. Work across product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure sales commitments translate into smooth delivery and client retention.
    2. Serve as the commercial voice in internal planning—ensuring client needs, feedback, and growth priorities are reflected in service evolution.
    3. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
  7. Innovation & Continuous Growth:
    1. Proactively refine sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
    2. Bring a founder's mindset—experiment quickly, improve processes, and maintain speed while scaling.
    3. Continuously scan for global innovations in mental wellness, digital care, and workforce wellbeing to keep this company ahead of the curve.
    4. Lead the wellness team toward commercial maturity—balancing mission with market-fit and margin growth.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or other medical-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
  • Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
