The Role: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future and helping us achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key target industries and accounts within the US market.
  2. Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  3. Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and close deals with potential clients to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
  5. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast revenue.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the US business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
