Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned frontend web developer with expertise in modern web frameworks to lead frontend development, guide the team in implementing clean designs and high-performance applications, and enforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the frontend architecture of an existing product.
  • Leadership in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable UI features.
  • Collaboration with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and functional features.
  • Contribution to full-stack development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across layers.
Team Mentorship & Code Quality
  • Mentorship and support for junior and mid-level developers through code reviews.
  • Establishment and enforcement of coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse.
  • Driving engineering excellence through design discussions, architecture reviews, and performance evaluations.
Frontend Development & Integration
  • Development of responsive, maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Integration with REST and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication, routing, and dynamic content.
  • Application of modular CSS techniques using SCSS, PostCSS, CSS Modules, or Tailwind.
Performance, Accessibility, and Testing
  • Optimization of applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
  • Implementation and maintenance of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years in frontend development with experience in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proficient in component-based architecture, UI/UX best practices, and scalable CSS.
  • Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Full stack experience with Node.js, Express, or serverless backend environments.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Leadership mindset with ownership of delivery and quality.
  • Ability to mentor, inspire, and uplift other developers.
