English Trainer & Centre Coordinator Job

Job Description:

The English Trainer & Centre Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in spoken and written English, soft skills, and personality development. This role also involves managing the day-to-day operations of the training centre.

  • Conduct English language classes on grammar, business communication, and soft skills.
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, training modules, and interactive activities.
  • Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
  • Mentor students on confidence building, interview preparation, and personal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English or Humanities.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience as an English Trainer or Communication Skills Trainer.
  • Prior experience in managing or coordinating a training centre is preferred.
  • Strong command over written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both training and administrative responsibilities.
