Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the installation and commissioning of Fire Access Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects for the installation and commissioning of Fire Access Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Integrate Fire Access, CCTV, and Access Control Systems with other building management systems (BMS) for seamless operation.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all documents are up-to-date and aligned with project milestones.
  • Provide post-installation support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Evaluate compliance requirements and ensure that all installed systems meet regulatory codes, security standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma Degree in Engineering, Security Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire access systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras and surveillance systems, and access control systems.
  • Proven track record of managing security and fire safety systems projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
