Job Title: Data Scientist - Behavioral Modelling Specialist

Location: Saket, Delhi

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team, who will work on developing innovative solutions for customer behavior modelling and segmentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breaking down complex business problems into appropriate AI/ML problems and developing practical solutions that enhance business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven solutions to model customer behavior and make key business decisions through customer segmentation, targeting, and prioritization, as well as customer behavioral analytics.
  • Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to understand and predict customer behavior, segmentation, and profiles.
  • Analyze large volumes of historical and current customer behavioral data to make predictions and customer prioritizations.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods to build accurate customer targeting and prioritization models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computing, Engineering, or a quantitative-focused field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Experience with AI/ML algorithms, including Regression, Classification, Clustering, Tree-based models, Segmentations, Dimensionality Reduction, and Neural Networks (LSTM, RNN, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, statsmodels, NumPy, pandas, seaborn, matplotlib) or deep learning libraries (Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Advanced analytical toolset, including an understanding of statistics, time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis, and the financial domain.
  • Good communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to others.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
