We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at MNR Solutions in Noida. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in AI & ML with some exposure to work directly with leadership or management position. You should possess strong programming skills in Python, R, Julia or similar languages, as well as expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow/keras, Catboost, scikit-learn). Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is also essential.

You will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. Additionally, you will design, develop, and deploy AI & Machine Learning-powered APIs in enterprise production environments, driving innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Develop and refine algorithms to solve complex business problems, including recommendation systems, classification models, and customer segmentation.
  • Manage project lifecycles from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
  • Leverage big data tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to manage and process large-scale datasets efficiently.
  • Continuously update and apply AI & ML technologies to keep projects innovative and competitive, while ensuring strategies align with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in AI & ML with some exposure to work directly with leadership or management position.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Julia or similar languages.
  • Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow/keras, Catboost, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Hands-on experience with Data processing and ETL tools such as Pandas, Numpy, Airflow etc.
  • Should have knowledge about data storages for example- MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.
  • Proficient with tools like Docker, Kubernets, TensorFlow, Django etc.
  • Past experience with Devops team's coordination.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
