Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Linux Server Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for server-related issues.
  • Manage daily server operations, including installation, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning.
  • Perform storage operations and manage packages, repositories, and OS images.
  • Execute patch management using automation tools.
  • Configure and roll out server monitoring and alerts.
  • Conduct performance testing and analysis.
  • Prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Requirements
  • Expertise in server administration with 4-8 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of Linux OS operations, including LVM, DNS, LDAP, and IPTables.
  • Proficiency in hypervisor operations (XEN and VMware).
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (e.g., Chef).
  • Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).

Preferred Qualifications
