We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a team of staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the kitchen, including inventory control and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement menu items that cater to customer preferences and trends
  • Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus and manage costs

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of innovation, creativity, and leadership in kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and train staff
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
