Global Workplace Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Manager to join our global team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team of over 200 employees and 2,000 service partners in more than 100 countries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering infrastructure and workplace services globally, ensuring support and facilitation of all business operations.
You will serve as the primary liaison with businesses and stakeholders to ensure an optimal workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and delivery of infrastructure and workplace services
- Establish and develop key relationships internal and external to GSK
- Active management and optimization of WREF's operations, real estate, and capital services
- Work closely with key internal partners within Business Units, HR, Tech, and procurement
- Accountable for the delivery of OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Local delivery of all facilities and services within assigned Business Units
- Develop and embed contract governance processes and structures
- Prioritization and delivery of capital projects
- Support the onboarding of new sites into WREF management
- Uphold and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Overall years of experience: 5-8 years
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, facilities, real estate, or other related discipline
- Broad working knowledge of workplace and FM with specialist discipline knowledge in one area
- Managerial skills and leadership abilities to motivate and influence executives and managers
- Ability to think and act strategically and initiate long-term planning
- Excellent interpersonal, presentational, and persuasive skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and act as a motivator of change and influence without authority
