  • Judgment and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management and industry/business awareness
  • Emotional maturity, coaching, and development of others, team management, and review
  • Technical knowledge, problem-solving, and solution-driven approach
  • Time management, visualization skills, and creative mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Architecture, MEP, landscape, and structural design
  • Specifications, cost, quality, and time estimates
  • Project management, design and construction documents
  • Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Revit, Archicad, Photoshop, Coral Draw, and Adobe Illustrator
