Job Role:

About the Position
  • This is a unique opportunity to work as a Lead Engineer for our TM1 solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incidents for Mosaic in accordance with established SLA goals.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding incident resolutions.
  • Monitor tickets assigned to this service, prioritize and tackle them efficiently.

Requirements:

Prior Experience and Skills
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with TM1 Cognos Planning Analytics.
  • No less than 6 years of combined IT/business experience.

Technical Expertise:

  • IBM Planning Analytics Modeler proficiency.
  • Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics Turbo-Integrator.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics Rules and Feeders.
  • Strong understanding of IBM Planning Analytics Dimensions and Cubes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of ODBC drivers.
  • SAP exposure required.
  • Expertise in ticketing tools like Service Now and Jira.

Soft Skills and Traits:

  • A strong background in software development, preferably with offshore teams on business solutions projects.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL methodology.
  • Understanding of financial closing and forecasting processes.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused under pressure.
