Job Overview

The Area Credit Manager plays a pivotal role in the financial analysis and eligibility assessment of cases, ensuring adherence to defined policy frameworks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough financial assessments to determine case suitability.
  • Ensuring timely processing of cases, adhering to established timelines and standards.
  • Coordinating with vendors for technical and legal reports, fostering seamless collaboration.
  • Managing delinquency and tracking EMI bounced cases to identify actionable insights.
  • Generating management information systems (MIS) as required by process and senior management guidance.
  • Collaborating with sales, operations, and other departments for smooth file and docket movement.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and making informed decisions on cases.
  • Maintaining high-quality underwriting standards and best practices.
  • Coordinating post-disbursal client requests with the OPS department.
  • Supporting the business team in achieving monthly/annual targets while maintaining a high-quality portfolio.
