We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Property Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of luxury apartment complexes.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain records and reports related to property management activities.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective staff and client interactions.
• Age range: 24 - 50 years.
• Full-time job type.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Total work experience: 3 years (preferred), Property management experience: 2 years required.
• English language proficiency preferred.

Work Environment:

• Ability to commute or relocate to Thiruvalla, Kerala.
