Our organization is seeking a high-achieving Senior Program Director to lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. This role will require strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

About the Role:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and implement effective program strategies, leveraging expertise in AI, technology policy, and global nonprofits.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and global leaders, securing support for initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, preferably in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
