Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our AI strategy and revolutionize matchmaking platforms. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, using data science to redefine how people find love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Cultivate the integration of AI and large language models to boost developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy AI-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Bolster and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
  • Nurture partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI innovations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
