Transformative Banking Project Manager

This role requires a highly organised individual to oversee project activities, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met. You will be the link between business, technology, and compliance teams, managing logistics, documentation, risks, and governance reporting.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate project activities and meetings; manage calendars, trackers, and reports.
- Maintain governance-ready documentation, monitoring milestones, risks, and issues.
- Liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance departments.
- Support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.
- Ensure adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment.
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
- Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
You will work on major banking transformation programmes, requiring attention to detail and reliable coordination for successful delivery. This is a fully remote opportunity aligned to the GCC working week and hours, offering the chance to develop your skills in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
