Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Advancement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving business growth through effective management.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to team performance and cashless processes.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent activities and claim leakages.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance skills and technical knowledge among team members.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of claims processes and customer orientation.
  • Lead a distributed team across various geographies in India and foster a culture of excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline or MBA.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar function in a TPA or insurance company.
