This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in case analysis. You will work closely with the operations team to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree or graduate program in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a full-time internship opportunity, requiring a minimum commitment of 9 months.
  • Based on business requirements, you might have to work on weekends.
  • Comp off or OT (overtime allowance) would be given for working on off days.
