About the Role:

  • Create scalable Python applications with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Design systems with non-linear time complexity and optimal space usage across compute and storage. Ensure stateless, idempotent request processing with no in-memory state. Model schemas for future evolution, supporting increasing data volume and structural changes.
  • Develop and operate cloud-based SaaS applications with a focus on production reliability. Design includes not only functional code but also integrated monitoring, alerting, and health checks to ensure observability and operational excellence in a multi-tenant environment.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles to craft reusable, modular code.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models in production environments.
  • Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalability and flexibility.
  • Write and maintain robust unit and integration tests using test-driven development practices.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Engage in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in Python development, machine learning, and software engineering best practices.
