Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Azure Lead MS-SQL DBA to join our team. As a key member of our database administration team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases within the Azure cloud environment.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data for various applications">
- Provision, configure, and manage Azure SQL Databases, Managed Instances, and SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines">
- Design, implement, and monitor HA/DR strategies such as Always On Availability Groups, geo-replication, and failover groups">
- Plan and execute robust backup and restore operations">
- Monitor database performance using Azure Monitor, SQL Insights, and Query Store">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- 8+ years of experience working on Azure MS-SQL databases">
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL (T-SQL)">
- Experience with database security principles and implementation">
- Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization techniques">
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI)">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
