Power Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Power Electronics Engineer to lead the development of power electronics systems for Electric Vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating high-voltage (400V–800V) battery systems.

  • You will define system architecture and component specifications for our battery systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • With your expertise in simulation, modeling, and analysis of power electronics circuits using tools like PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or LTspice, you will drive the development of our power electronics systems.
  • You will oversee PCB layout for high-power designs, ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and thermal management.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for guiding junior engineers, mentoring them on complex engineering problems, and contributing to technical reviews and design documentation.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and design documentation.
  • Act as the point of authority for complex engineering problems.
  • Responsible for Requirements and Systems Engineering, EE Architecture Integration, Vehicle Integration and System & Vehicle V&V.
  • Review and manage the opening and closure of engineering quality concerns.

To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience in use of engineering tools FMEA, DFM, DFA, Six Sigma, problem resolution etc. You should also possess excellent leadership, initiative, and a drive to success.
