Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing hotel operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Property Operations: Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals, expedite problem resolution, communicate variations to established norms, and send MOD reports to departments daily.
  2. Guest Relations: Intervene in guest/employee situations as needed, ensure integrity, guest satisfaction, and employee well-being; empower employees to provide excellent customer service; provide immediate assistance to guests; set a positive example for guest relations.
  3. Financial Management: Understand and comply with loss prevention policies, review staffing levels, financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement, and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  4. Human Resources: Participate in accident investigations, observe service behaviors, conduct regular inspection tours, celebrate successes, recognize team members' contributions, ensure cross-training, and administer property policies fairly and consistently.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Profile: High school diploma or GED, 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area; or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
