Project Manager

We are seeking a professional to lead our retail interior projects.

  • Job Summary:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenses.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, familiarity with CAD software, and ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
