We are seeking a skilled Store Executive to take on key responsibilities in store management.

As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the security and safety of materials and personnel.

Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular inventory checks
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports and updating the stock register
  • Coordinating material inspection and clearance processes
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintaining a safe and secure working environment for employees and materials

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Experience with Busy software and MICC-material Inspection & clearance process
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
