Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our store inventory, logistics, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient stock control, including receipt and issue of goods.
• Material Receipts and Issues: Maintain accurate records of material receipts and issues.
• Stock Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of stock levels, including fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
• Raw Material Control: Conduct regular physical checks on raw materials and maintain optimal stock levels.
• 5S System Implementation: Implement and maintain a 5S system to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Inventory Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
