Software Quality Assurance Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our SASE group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • You will contribute to all phases of end-to-end product and solution validation, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • You will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Marketing Engineers, and customer support teams to understand customer use cases and develop effective solutions.
  • You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the QA process, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
  • You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and provide support for customer deployments as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of standard TCP/IP protocols, layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols, and SD-WAN solutions. You should also have a minimum of 10-18 years of relevant experience and a BS or MS degree.
