Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Lead is a senior role that requires extensive experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance best practices to ensure that products meet the highest standards.
- Lead testing efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework.
- Implement or adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
- Prepare and present test reports.
- Train and mentor junior software test engineers.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation testing.
- Strong expertise in performing different types of functional and non-functional testing.
- Experience in designing and developing Test Automation Framework leveraging relevant code libraries.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies and knowledge on REST APIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changes in requirements.
