Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Director to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions on AWS Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, addressing complex AI/ML challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions on AWS Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimized solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Work with the pre-sales team to provide solutions for different AI/ML use cases, identifying new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong background in cloud computing and AWS services.
  • Well-versed with AWS Cloud and AWS Machine Learning capabilities, including Sagemaker, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Proven experience using workflow orchestration tools, such as Apache Airflow or AWS Step Functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Sagemaker studio, canvas, and data wrangler, as well as expertise in machine learning techniques (Supervised/unsupervised) and real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Knowledge of LLM architectures and their training and inference workflows, with expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models.
  • Good understanding of open-source LLM frameworks and libraries, as well as analytical toolkits and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in leading teams of ML Engineers in end-to-end production deployment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
