Job Opportunity

This role is an exciting chance for a skilled professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. As a vital member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming payments and customer accounts diligently.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Provide extensive support in implementing Oracle Fusion for India.
  • Automate MIS reports using Tableau, OBIEE, and other tools.
  • Creation/updating client masters in Selcom/Oracle, raising monthly sales invoices/ credit notes/debit notes in oracle including corrections, generation of e-invoices, and preparation of billing MIS reports.
  • Handling invoice correction requests and cash application in oracle for payments made by customers.
Requirements
  • Prior accounting knowledge with a minimum job experience of 3-5 years.
  • Prior working knowledge of 1-3 years on Oracle Fusion is a must.
  • Advanced Excel skillsets (MS Excel, interactive charts).
  • The candidate should be a commerce graduate with qualification such as B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA.
  • Work location of this role will be Mumbai.
Bonus Points
  • Having an experience on implementation of Oracle fusion will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced computer skills such as advanced MS Office (use of slicers, pivots, macros), SQL queries, Power BI, and interactive charts etc.
