Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational monitoring, reporting, and functioning of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across offices and datacenters.
  • Ensure enterprise network infrastructure and its performance through technical troubleshooting as needed.

You will collaborate with vendors, support teams, and engineers to identify problems, scope responsibilities, and meet incident/problem management requirements.

Additionally, you will supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability/change management requirements.

This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Preferred candidates should possess experience in network infrastructure operations, managing/supervising network support teams, and conceptual knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate networks, with a minimum of 2 years in Large/Complex network environments.

Additional Cisco certifications are a plus. This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
