Business Growth Associate

As a key member of the executive team, you will drive growth and partnership initiatives across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop revenue growth strategies by collaborating with the sales team to enhance outbound outreach and lead generation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Monitor progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring timely completion of deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Design and execute growth campaigns across diverse markets, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize results.
Partnership & Strategic Projects:
  • Support the executive team in structuring partnership proposals, go-to-market strategies, and strategic collaborations.
  • Conduct research to identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
  • Track partnership outcomes and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders.
Business Analytics & Reporting:
  • Establish and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for executives and investors.
  • Provide actionable insights into market and competition analysis to inform go-to-market strategy.
Operational Support for Growth:
  • Coordinate executive calendars around growth and partnership deliverables.
  • Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates.
  • Assist in event/project exposure such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases.
Documentation & Communication:
  • Develop SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes.
  • Maintain centralized documentation for go-to-market workflows, sales enablement, and proposals.
  • Draft clear updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is an asset).
  • Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and go-to-market workflows.
