Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant

This role involves working on the implementation and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform for a global technology integrator. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with AX modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, and Projects.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting the enterprise application environment by extracting, transforming, and optimizing data. Proficiency in SQL development is essential, as well as a solid understanding of X++ development and AX architecture.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, are required. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a fast-paced work environment are expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all core Dynamics AX modules
  • Debug existing AX customizations
  • Trace and understand business logic in X++ and SQL
  • Extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration

A strong understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions, as well as knowledge of data conversion best practices, is highly desirable. Familiarity with other database systems, such as Oracle, is also a plus.
