
North Zone Sales Leader

**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand market share in the North Zone. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
The Senior Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, implementing sales and marketing strategies at the ground level, ensuring product availability and placement in retail outlets, conducting market visits, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring stock levels.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, willingness to travel extensively within the territory, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure effective distribution channels.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competition.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
