Divisional Financial Operations Manager

Job Role:

A key member of the finance team, reporting to the Division Country/Operations Manager. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can effectively manage divisional finances.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate financial reports and technical documentation for tender proposals.
  2. Review and finalize contracts, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  3. Identify and prioritize opportunities for engagement with divisional operational organizations.
  4. Analyze customer contract commercial performance, providing insights for business decision-making.
  5. Develop income before tax forecasts and direct contribution margin forecasts.
  6. Review contract profitability and business unit profitability.
  7. Record revenue accruals and perform contract assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
