Job Title: Treasury Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive treasury management systems to optimize cash flow, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, bank account management, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Well-versed in cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, notional and physical cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, and bank communication management.
  • Basic to moderate level of understanding of spot and derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products, including risk management and valuation aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with C-Suite level professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • High levels of commitment to work and a strong passion for treasury management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive treasury management systems to optimize cash flow, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support assignments involving assisting international corporate organizations in TMS/SAP TRM and risk management implementation from a techno-functional perspective.
  • Configure the system based on blueprinting documents and support treasury and risk management implementations, including setting up treasury functions.
  • Take up business development initiatives and create proposals, responses to RFPs, thought leadership, etc.
  • Coach junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery while enabling their career development.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.

Requirements:

CA/BTech/MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute with at least 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in treasury tech advisory/finance tech/SAP practice with mastery in Treasury Management System (TMS/TRM).Strong understanding of SAP TRM/TMS environment and ability to configure the system based on blueprinting documents.Good understanding of commodities and financial products, and ability to manage cash and liquidity effectively.Ability to interact with C-Suite level professionals and communicate complex ideas effectively.Strong commitment to work and a passion for treasury management.
