Job Overview

Senior Process Associate – US Treasury is responsible for managing cash operations, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

  • Manage cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts
  • Support AR and AP functions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash operations and treasury processes with accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts.

• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.

• Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Good understanding of cash management and reconciliation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.
