Our company is seeking a seasoned Test Automation Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge automation frameworks and robust test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.

This role requires an individual with strong proficiency in Java or similar language and mastery of test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and Cypress. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch and expertise in test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, and Mobile apps.

The selected candidate will be responsible for investigating bugs, debugging applications, and automating root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions. Additionally, they will mentor junior QA and automation engineers and participate in rigorous code and design reviews.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong proficiency in Java or similar language
  • Mastery of test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and Cypress
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch
  • Expertise in test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, and Mobile apps
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing
  • Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high coverage and rapid feedback
  • Knowledge of agentic testing applications, practical use of LLMs and AI in testing, and willingness to experiment with latest QA tools
  • Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and structured test reporting
  • Thorough grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, QA methodologies, and team collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-5 years hands-on experience in SDET/test automation roles
