Software Engineering Lead

  Job Overview:

  • Direct a team of skilled developers to create innovative web applications.
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python, Node.js, and microservices architecture.
  • Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js.
  • Construct complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product excellence.
  • Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Guide team members in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to mitigate and address them.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advocate for best engineering practices.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Exposure to container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
