As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving treatment options for patients with diabetes and obesity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns and projects
  • Regularly interact with doctors to detail and promote company products, handle queries and objections, and close calls by demanding prescriptions
  • Adhere to sales effectiveness KPIs, including call average frequency, coverage, personal order booking, and others
  • Meet CFA agents to ensure timely product supply to stockists and place indents to the company
  • Conduct prescription audits, screen doctors' lists, and evaluate outcomes of previous visits
  • Understand competitors' strategies and identify prescribers
  • Book orders and ensure product availability
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities and relevant developments to sales leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Life Science
  • Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, preferably handling Diabetes portfolio products
  • Proven track record of sales achievement of 100% or above
  • Strong understanding of the territory and market, as well as good knowledge of stockists
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
