Job Title: Quality Excellence Leader

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our quality initiatives and drive process excellence.

We're looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence, proficiency in process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Framework Development:

Process Optimization:

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence
  • Proficiency in process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration)
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt)

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
